Please be advised that our new BWH - 850 Boylston St - Chestnut Hill shuttle buses are not currently trackable due to technical issues. This includes both tracking them on the shuttle route map as well as generating ETAs at each shuttle stop.
We are working to resolve the issues as soon as possible and apologize for any inconvenience. If a shuttle bus is operating significantly behind schedule, you may call the Transportation Department, 617-726-2250, during regular business hours in order to inquire about the next shuttle bus's ETA.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime and hope that you are enjoying these new shuttle buses!
Update: This is shaping up to be a small-but-mighty snowstorm in the Boston Area as we usher in the first official day of winter on Saturday!
*Shuttle Services: All shuttle services will continue to operate as scheduled throughout the storm, which is expected to wind down in the mid-morning on Saturday. Our shuttle drivers will always put safety first and only operate shuttle buses/vans at speeds permissible by traffic and/or weather conditions. Thus, continue to expect moderate delays to all shuttle routes both during during the storm and the aftermath when some street cleanup will be necessary.
*Passenger Safety: With sidewalks and pathways getting covered with snow, and later, potential icing conditions as temperatures drop, passengers are reminded to use give themselves extra time to safely get to and from shuttle stops and to use all available steps, step railings, handrails and handholds when entering and exiting shuttle buses/vans.
