Due to the The Tradition Event (11/20/2024) expect heavy delays on the MGH / Nashua ST /CNY/Parking lot routes between the hours of 4:00 PM -7:00 PM and 0930PM and 0100 AM . Boston Police shutdown surrounding streets to the Garden sometime during that time frame at the end of the concerts for fans to exit. Causing significant delays to the MGH / Nashua St/CNY/Parking Lot Buses bus.

Please be advised that our new BWH - 850 Boylston St - Chestnut Hill shuttle buses are not currently trackable due to technical issues. This includes both tracking them on the shuttle route map as well as generating ETAs at each shuttle stop. We are working to resolve the issues as soon as possible and apologize for any inconvenience. If a shuttle bus is operating significantly behind schedule, you may call the Transportation Department, 617-726-2250, during regular business hours in order to inquire about the next shuttle bus's ETA.
